Orders received before 2pm EST will be ship out the same day Monday -Friday. After 2pm EST, orders will ship the next business day.

International Shipping Policy

Duties & Taxes (DDU): All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The price paid at checkout covers only the item and shipping. The recipient is the “importer of record” and is responsible for all VAT, import duties, and local handling fees levied by the destination country (e.g., France). These fees must be paid to the carrier before the package is delivered.

Refused Packages: If a customer refuses a package due to customs charges, any return shipping fees or abandoned package costs incurred by [Your Shop Name] will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
